General Questions

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship trophies, awards and embroidery orders within Australia only.
Orders placed online have a $20.00 freight charge. Online orders are sent via Australia Post standard. If you require express postage or a courier contact our team for a custom quote.

Where do you ship to?

Yes you can collect your order from our showroom at 92 Auburn Street Wollongong. We are officially open weekdays, 9AM – 5PM. If collection outside business hours is required please call to make an appointment.

When will I receive my order?

Please email or call the NMTG team for tracking numbers or an ETA on your order. We strive to produce and ship all website orders within 5 days. If you need something urgently, please contact our team. We carry a range of stock and order from our suppliers regularly, but we cannot always guarantee a specific award is available at short notice. The NMTG team will work with you to supply something suitable, and we strive to have your order make it to you on time.
The NMTG Group cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order is out of our hands and with Australia Post or our couriers, but we will ensure we get your order shipped soon as possible.

My order is incorrect or broken. What can I do?

While we take all care to ensure your order is correct & exactly what you envision, mistakes can happen. Please call or email NMTG soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

You are entitled to ask for a refund or exchange if the goods:

  • Have a fault or are damaged in transit
  • Are not the same as the description provided
  • You request a refund within 14 days of receiving the good/s

Where a customer has requested that goods be left at premises by courier without being in attendance to sign for the items, The NMTG Group will not be held responsible if those items are damaged or go missing.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

  • Change your mind and no longer want the goods
  • Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere
  • If a fault occurs that you are responsible for e.g. approval of artwork with spelling errors

What are your payment options?

Orders placed online can be paid by credit card or PayPal in our checkout process. You can also pay in-store if you are collecting locally.

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex.

Engraving

Can I use my club logo on my trophy order?

Yes, we have a range of processes we can use to engrave or print your logo. Most themed trophies will allow a 25mm or 50mm insert of your logo, and glass, crystal or acrylic awards will be laser engraved. We can also supply full colour sublimated plaques.

If ordered online, engraving & a logo insert is generally included in the cost. Our team will contact you if there are any changes, or if your logo is unsuitable.

How do I supply my engraving details?

Follow our online check-out process and attach your club logo. We will receive a spreadsheet with your engraving details, as your order comes through to our management system.

If you have any trouble with the process, please email your details to sales@nmtg.com.au.

How much is your engraving?

Most orders placed online will include engraving costs with the product. If there are extra costs involved our team will be in touch to clarify.

Engraving on customer-supplied items & other personalisation can range from $20.00 – $100.00. It is always best to contact our friendly & experienced sales team to receive an accurate quote.

What file formats do you accept?

Our preferred file formats for engraving and embroidery related orders are:

  • Encapsulated Postscript .EPS
  • CorelDraw .CDR – version 17 or later
  • Portable Document Format .PDF
  • .JPEG, .JPG or .PNG images

Note all vector files (EPS, PDF or CorelDraw) should have text converted to outlines. For engraving purposes we advise flat, black & white graphics of your logo/artwork. Gradients and colour overlays cannot be engraved.

If your file/s are unsuitable, our team will be in touch.

For engraving details for large club orders, we prefer:

  • Word Document .DOC or .DOCX or equivalent
  • Excel spreadsheet .XLS or equivalent
  • Emailed directly to NMTG.

Your engraving details should be spell checked and laid out exactly as you’d prefer on your trophies, e.g.:

Embroidery & Print

What is your MOQ on embroidery or digital transfers?

We do not have a minimum order quantity for embroidery or digital print transfers, however the quantity of garments does affect unit price. Some orders may be subject to an MOQ.

Do you embroider/print supplied garments?

Yes, we can embroider your supplied garments without a minimum order quantity. It is up to the customer to arrange delivery of garments to our showroom.

Our embroidery team will take all precaution at every stage of embroidery or print production, but NMTG cannot always guarantee perfect end results onto garments that we are not familiar with.

Any replacement or refund of supplied garments is up to the discretion of NMTG management.

When will I receive my order?

Our embroidery and print team strives for a fast turnaround of 5-10 business days. However this is subject to exact quantity and job requirements. Delays with logo set-up and approvals may add extra time to production. Some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Can you embroider or print my company logo?

Yes, we can embroider or print most logos. We may request that some logos are adjusted slightly for better embroidery results. We will always communicate with our customers if this is required.

Logo embroidery or print includes a one-time fee for digitising, which also includes the production of samples for customer approval.

What exactly is digital transfer printing?

Digital transfer printing uses printable vinyl to heat press onto your garments. The end result is a thin, stretchy vinyl transfer that is bonded to your garment and is suitable for cotton & polyester or poly/cotton blends. There is even printable vinyl suited for nylon fabrics!

Digital transfer printing is an alternative to screen printing and we do not have an MOQ.

Can you match my logo colours?

Please advise our team of your company Pantone colours as soon as possible when placing your order. We match colours to the best of our ability using quality KingStar threads, but we cannot guarantee embroidery threads will have the same end-look as logos on screen or in print.

Do you supply uniforms & workwear?

Yes, you can purchase a wide range of garments from leading workwear & uniform suppliers, including: Biz Collection, Syzmik, JB’s Wear, Winning Spirit, AS Colour, Ramo.

At NMTG we can supply garments suitable for events & promo, business corporate, casual uniforms, sports teams, hi-viz workwear, hospitality uniforms, or for any custom requirements.
